1. Pre cutting equipment: Cut the board into suitable sizes
        Hydraulic shearing machine: used for cutting metal plates of different thicknesses (such as carbon steel and stainless steel plates). According to the size requirements of the accessories, the large-sized plates are correctly cut into fixed specifications of blanks. The cutting accuracy directly affects the subsequent stamping forming effect.
        CNC ionized gas cutting machine: For cutting thick sheets or complex shaped blanks, the CNC system can set the path to quickly cut irregular shapes (such as irregular contours of embedded parts), with higher efficiency than traditional shearing machines.
2. Core stamping forming equipment: realizing accessory shape processing
